Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, just like perfecting your form is yours.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on leggings and shorts unless they arrive defective or damaged. These items must have original tags attached and be in unworn condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps tighter than our compression wear:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond faster than your rest periods (under 24 hours) with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Include all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Portsmouth HQ using a trackable service (return shipping is your responsibility)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required
  • No obvious signs of use or damage

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? No problem – exchanges are as easy as switching between sets:

  2. Clearly state your desired exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Note: You’ll be responsible for any price differences in exchanged items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives with manufacturing defects (rare as an unbroken squat record):
